NM Group Global Acquires Majority Interest in Cleaning Technologies Group

NM Group Global LLC (NMGG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC (CTG) of Cincinnati, Ohio. With over $35 million in revenues, CTG is a leader in providing innovative cleaning equipment and technologies to precision and industrial manufacturing markets. Employing more than 175 people, CTG is a premier provider of equipment for environmentally friendly parts-cleaning and waste-minimization equipment using aqueous-based solutions and ultra-sonic technology.

The acquisition of CTG includes its two Operating Divisions, which are Ransohoff of Cincinnati, and Blackstone~NEY Ultrasonics of Jamestown, New York. Key members of the management team remain as investors and managers of the continuing businesses. James T. McEachen, formerly President of Ransohoff, now serves both as CEO of CTG and the Ransohoff subsidiary. Andrew H. Kalnow, CEO of NMGG, is Chairman of the Board.
